Boarding your loft
Storage space is at a premium for the majority of UK homes, so why not use the biggest space of your house? For very little outlay, we can transform your loft space into a viable, usable space that will become a valuable asset to your home.
We use 18mm moisture resistant chipboard (600mm x 2400mm) that will be installed either on existing joists, or on raised up joists so that 200mm to 270mm of insulation can be fitted underneath. By raising the joist at right angles to the existing one, we would also strenghten the ceiling. Additional supports and strenghtening can be added depending of the intended use and original condition of the loft.
We can also clear your loft of stored items and replace them once the floor is finished, taking some of the stress out of emptying your loft for us.

Loft Boarding Packages
Our surveyor will come for an assessment, and will either quote you straight away or send you a quote by email. In general we will recommend strenghtening the existing joists and having the right level of insulation. Having the right level of insulation will reduce your utility bills meaning that money spent in boarding, joists strengthening or ladder can be recouped after a few years. All fittings comes with a 12 months guarantee on labour and materials.
Start up: 3.5m2 loft boarding £99 This option is suitable for a few suitcases and christmas tree.
Basic: 10m2 loft boarding and joists raising and strenghtening - £279 all inclusive This option is suitable for storing suitcases, boxes, clothes ect providing a safe and clean storage space.
Mini: 20m2 loft boarding and joists raising and strenghtening - £502 all inclusive This option is suitable for storing suitcases, boxes, clothes ect providing a safe and clean storage space.
Midi: 35m2 loft boarding and joists raising and strenghtening - £877 all inclusive, FREE LIGHT AND SWITCH This option is suitable for storing suitcases, boxes, clothes ect providing a safe and clean storage space.
Maxi: 50m2 loft boarding and joists raising and strenghening - £1253 all inclusive, FREE LIGHT AND SWITCH This option is suitable for storing suitcases, boxes, clothes ect providing a safe and clean storage space.
Mini Loft Conversion
A mini loft conversion is the ideal solution if you need to use your loft for a bit more than storage but don't want the hassle and cost of a full conversion. Previous customers have used their mini loft conversions as:

Because all lofts are differents, we would need to survey your loft and discuss your requirements before providing a quote.
